Before & After School Clubs – Chawton CE Primary

Who: Years R–6 

Staff: Led by our BSC or ASC lead, normal routines apply.

⏰ Fees & Times

• Morning (7:45am–8:30am): £3 per session

• After School (3pm–4:30pm): £6 per session

• After School (3pm–5.30pm): £9 per session

• After School (3pm-6.00pm):  £11 per session 

• Pay weekly, half‑termly, or termly

�� Booking

• Book via Scopay at least 48 hours in advance

• Accounts must be cleared before new bookings

• Same‑day requests: call before 2pm (if space allows)

• Childcare vouchers are accepted as payment - Please contact the school office for more details of how to set this up.

✅ Rules

• Early collection = full charge

• Missed sessions: no refund

• Illness: inform office, session refunded

• Late collection may incur extra charge

• Parents must register/sign children in/out

• Authorisation needed for alternative collectors

• Fees reviewed termly, with 2 weeks’ notice of changes

✅Right to request

• Parents have a right to request that schools consider providing wraparound or holiday childcare for children from reception up to the end of key stage 3 (Year 9) and up to age 18 for disabled children. You can make the request to the school your child attends.  Although we do not offer a holiday childcare provision directly at school, we partner with Soccer Schools UK Ltd, who run their popular holiday club at Eggars.
