Staff: Led by our BSC or ASC lead, normal routines apply.
⏰ Fees & Times
Morning (7:45am–8:30am): £3 per session / £15 per week
After School (3pm–4:30pm): £6 per session / £24 per week
After School (3pm–6pm): £9 per session / £36 per week
Pay weekly, half‑termly, or termly
📌 Booking
Book via Arbor at least 1 week in advance
Accounts must be cleared before new bookings
Same‑day requests: call before 2pm (if space allows)
✅ Rules
Early collection = full charge
Missed sessions: no refund, but credit banked for future use
Illness: inform office, session banked
Late collection may incur extra charge
Parents must register/sign children in/out
Authorisation needed for alternative collectors
Fees reviewed termly, with 2 weeks’ notice of changes
